TMSS Northern Recruiting Agency (TNRA) Limited is a government-registered recruiting agency in Bangladesh (RL No: 1083), proudly operating since 2011. We are also an officially approved Sending Organization (SO) for the Japan job market, recognized for our commitment to ethical recruitment and workforce development.

TNRA specializes in Specified Skilled Worker (SSW), Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), and student pathways to Japan. We provide ethical, high quality, end to end services—from Japanese language training and cultural, food, and lifestyle orientation to job placement—ensuring a smooth, transparent, and successful migration journey for every candidate. TNRA is committed to empowering Bangladeshi youth with globally recognized skills and sustainable career opportunities, helping them build a brighter future in Japan.
