Sector Head Message

I am pleased to see the progress wehave made in our efforts to develop the technical and soft skills of youth in Bangladesh for the international job market. As we continue on this path, I would like to highlight that we strongly focus on in skills development and job placement support, as these can significantly improve workforce outcomes.

Unemploymentis often a result of a lack of the right skills rather than a scarcity of jobs. Therefore, it is crucial that we focus on providing our youth with the necessary tools to succeed in the ever-changing job market. This includes not only technical skills but also soft skills such as communication, and understanding of the culture of a nation, relationship management, personality factors, effective time allocation, and the ability to assimilate informationwhich are highly sought-after by employers.

To achieve our goals, in addition to our own training (skill and language) centers,we also work closely with educational & training institutes, the government, and the private sector.

Greater collaboration between TNRA and International employers/recruiting companies is essential in defining the technical and as well as soft skills required in a particular job market.

We are committed to integrated soft skills and technical training with job placement support.

I am confident that with our continued dedication and hard work, we can help create a skilled and adaptive workforce that will thrive in the international job market.

I am grateful to our Hon’ble Chairman TNRA, and Executive Director of TMSS and all others for their valuable cooperation.
