In today’s technology-driven era, TMSS Institute of Science and ICT (TISI) is dedicated to developing Bangladesh’s young generation into skilled human resources to enhance their competitiveness in the international labor market.
On Thursday, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between TISI and Japan’s renowned recruiting agency, Town Life Company Limited, at the TISI conference room located in Banani Sujabad, Shahjahanpur, Bogura.
On behalf of TISI, the agreement was signed by Professor Dr. Hosne Ara Begum, Founder and Executive Director of TMSS, while Tamizawa Kazunori, Director of Town Life Company Limited, signed on behalf of the Japanese side.


The event was organized by the TMSS ICT & Environment Sector (IES) and was presided over by Professor Dr. Hosne Ara Begum, Founder and Executive Director of TMSS and Chairman of TISI.
He highly praised TMSS for its remarkable contributions in education, women’s empowerment, healthcare, skill development, and employment creation as a humanitarian organization.
The Chief Guest of the ceremony was Dr. Neyamat Ullah Bhuiyan, Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment.
In his speech, the Chief Guest emphasized that the government is relentlessly working to establish Bangladesh’s skilled workforce in the global labor market. He also added that Bangladesh will continue close collaboration with various Japanese recruiting agencies in the future. This agreement, he noted, will play a significant role in expanding Bangladesh’s access to the international technical labor market and enhancing workforce skills.
The event was also graced by Hosna Afroz, Deputy Commissioner of Bogura; Tamizawa Kazunori, Director of Town Life Company Limited, Japan; and Mohammad Khairul Islam, Executive Consultant of TMSS ICT & Environment Sector, as special guests.
The welcome address was delivered by Engineer Md. Obaidullah Al Mahmud, Principal of TISI.
Dr. Nigar Sultana presented the activities of the TMSS ICT & Environment Sector.
Dr. Motiur Rahman, Head of the TMSS Health Sector and Deputy Managing Director (Rota), delivered the vote of thanks.
The event was attended by the Managing Director of TMSS Northern Recruiting Agency (TNRA), as well as TMSS officials, teachers, students, and other distinguished guests.
Following the signing ceremony, the Japanese Language Center was officially inaugurated.
